Notes

Legs were tired from the Monday Mt Bike riding and the morning deadlifts. But I made it through. The 120m sprints had an elevation gain of 100 ft, so straight up hill. It was good stuff.

Interval pace: 6:45 (slower than it should be, but working on that!)
