Long Run 16 mi (Taper Week 1)
NBT South to Devon, then north to Dempster, then Park Ridge 4 mile loop. 15 mph gusty SSE wind. Legs tired, left Achilles and back of knee achy, tired from running into wind. 1 bottle Gatorade. Could have used a gel but didn't want to stop for one. 9:41 mile was in bad gps connection area.
