3 x 1 mile repeats with 1 - 2 minute rest. Started at 1.5 mile marker at LOW and ran to 2.5 mile. Rest. Ran back to 1.5. Rest. Ran to 2.5. Died on last repeat. Walked twice but still pulled an 8:34 mile.
