Trying to be a grownup and keep my weekly mileage limits in place. Really wanted to run more but would also like to run at least 10 miles tomorrow. Ran too many at the beginning of this week (or should I up the mileage next week?). I think the foot is okay with the current 50 mpw and want to keep it that way.
