Notes
The plan was to meet Colin/Jim/Higgi/Jesus for Tuesday tempo but Colin got sick and bailed. That was enough for me to stick to the hood and sleep in a little - very late night with a 14 inning Express game with the family. I had visions of doing some tempo effort but just couldn't get it down there - tired and dehydrated - legs just were not working very well so just held a nice steady effort. focused on the turnover - had to work a little the last couple of miles but overall pretty easy.
