Finally got a long run in. Felt good. Showed up to the early group and ran the first half intentionally slow. Met the main group at 7 and picked up the pace a little - mostly with James. Last 5 miles were in the upper 7s. Got to circle back and run Art & Big in as they completed their first 100 mile week. Insane.
