first hour at an 8:20 pace, the rest sub-8:00, legs a little tired at the beginning but ended strong and felt good overall, took gu at hour 1 and hour2 and a shot block at 1:30 and 2:30, clif bar and banana in the morning with a little of the cytomax preperformance (and coffee of course)
