Had a small window between dropoff and Addie's first meet so went out with a tempo effort. Saw Aaron about 2 miles in so ran a couple with him - slowing down a bit - but then left him for the final 5 and pushed it hard the last 5 miles. Warmest/most humid morning in memory.
