Ran from the office for the first time. Ran down to the Violet Crown and down the Greenbelt for a few miles then back tot he office. About 2 miles to the trailhead from the office and only the first mile on sidewalks, the rest mostly on crushed granite. Not a bad option. Very warm and my trail legs were rusty. Really slow and clumsy.
