Sunstroke Summer Stampede Series Race #2 down at Town Lake. Improved my time from last week by 16 secs. It's a little easier course but I think the headwind going out was pretty fierce and it was definitely warmer so overall feeling good. Had both auto and pedestrian traffic to deal with near the turnaround so that kept it interesting. It was good to see dailymiler Joe M. and a few Shipmates out there.
Went out by feel again since I was racing on tired legs and have a big 3 hour run planned Friday AM and cannot afford another knee issue like last week. Took 2nd place AG and 7th overall.
