Notes

Just a few recovery miles to flush the legs and end the high mileage, extremely hot week. Got in 55 miles and ran 12 of the last 13 days. Heading to a lake house with friends for a few days so the legs will get some rest. Would like to keep pushing the mileage every other week until the Houston Marathon in January.
