Swim meet then NASA overnight so not much of a window. Woke up to rain, which was supposed to be freezing rain but by the time I started running it all had passed. Ended up being a nice morning for a run. Effort felt great, mostly easy, struggled a bit with the hamstrings at the end but overall a decent outing.
