Notes
Really dreading this long run because of the extra heat and humidity and I'm just tired of marathon training in August. Went downtown and met a gaggle of people (Joe, Cat, Colin, Jesus, Manny...) and took it easy before looping back to County Line and doing the 10 official route with Mike, Cat, Heath. Kept it real easy and drank a lot and was able to speed up a bit as we turned back down south downhill and a headwind. Hips tightened up but still able to run. Strong finish and overall a success in this weather for sure.
Boston virtual window opens up in about 6 days and I think (as of now) just going to look at the weather and figure out the coolest morning to run. Also a group option but just not sure.
