Notes

Initial plan was to take it easy around the lake as I've not felt fully recovered from last week. Legs felt okay first couple of miles so I went ahead and did the speed workout Joe & others were doing for their taper - 3 x mile

Pushed a little during that last mile but overall they felt in control. Hips a little tight but not too bad.
