Another warm and windy morning. Wanted to do some quality but was tired and the legs felt like crap. Decided on a fartlek type of workout - actually become mile repeats with 1/2 mile rest. First couple felt awful but the legs loosened up for the later repeats. Still should have been faster but just didn't have the turnover. The warm head wind coming back uphill didn't help either. Should be about 60 miles this week, then down to 40 next.
