Notes
Birthday - missed the morning window to take Terrie and Mason to the office to shower (still no running water). It was still freezing temps but should be the last freeze for a while - nice warmup today and maybe 70 tomorrow.
Found some time around lunch time (this time before fast food instead of after) and went around the lake to be nice to the left foot. Still a couple of spots with slushy ice but mostly dry or real muddy. Kind of fun. Could not hold a consistent effort due to the traffic but overall felt good. Surprised at some of the paces that fell out after many days of little activity and no strength or stretching.
Ready for all of this to be over.
