Right ankle didn't feel great after yesterday's 10 miler so did not plan anything today - plus it's been raining for days and it's a DOWN week! Woke up, felt decent, so did an out-n-back and picked up the pace on the way back down. Everything feeling good - 40 miles for a down weeks seems perfect.
