Notes
The scheduled mid-week 10 mile easy effort run turned into an 8 mile struggle-fest. Tropical storm rain and moisture didn't help but my legs felt pretty dead from the outset. Managed to dodge the heavy stuff (we got another 5 inches overnight). Oh, and I saw at least 5 homes watering their lawn this morning. Wake up people.
