storm in the morning to break the heat wave, muggy as hell though, did full workout:

Timed Mile @ PR Pace (many were clocked)

Indian File Mile (in five groups of 6ish)

3 person, half lap relays (forward/backward style)

foot feeling good after running yesterday morning, fitness not quite where it was before the injury but getting close
