Last 20 miler before the marathon. Ran with the fast dudes and threw in quite a bit of hills in the first half. 2nd half was mostly downhill and they flew. I kept up with them until the last few miles. Strong finish, 2nd half pace 7:30 or faster so feeling decent for the marathon. Not in PR shape but can put up a decent number if the weather cooperates. One gu at mile 8.
