Warm and humid - misting in some parts. Got a PR by 30 secs from Decker but definitely left a little time out there in the middle miles due to the heat. Miles 7-10 kept clocking in at 6:50 even though I swore I was putting in about a 6:30 effort. It was like a broken record. Luckily I ran into Colin around mile 8 and we just kept at it and was able to finish strong (6:08 final mile). Definitely a fast course but in a way almost harder on the body than Decker. In Decker you get a little relief here and there and able to surge whereas 3M you are pushing the whole way.
