Notes
3rd consecutive R4TW and the recent fastest (still a minute off of PR from 2015 - other direction?). Perfect morning, clear, mid-40s. Most of the time came on the last 3 miles, just had more strength and with the 3rd female as a target and then Josh from the hood showing up the last mile, I found a gear I have not had in a couple of years. Got under 6 for the last mile. Dry heaved a couple of times at the finish - definitely all out.
Less miles in the buildup this year than last (CIM training) but more strength. Seems to be working.
