Pacing duties at Decker - 1:30 w/ Doug (new guy). Was a little anxious but knew I had put in some decent 10ks recently and could likely hold the pace. Just didn't know how much it would take. The weather was perfect - low 40s and sunny - maybe a little breeze coming into the finish but nothing bad. We chatted the whole way so the effort was perfect. The hip/glutes started barking a little during the last couple of miles but overall a good test. Brought them in with a few seconds to spare.
