Wow, what a night for running. 70 and dry. First track workout in a long time, good to see the Ship. I ran about 4 miles prior, did 5 sets of 400,200,200. Probably did one too many because my calves and hammies were very tight after the last one. The 3 miles back to the car probably did some good but felt terrible. My recovery is over so I have a couple of weeks here to get some mileage in before the June marathon.
