Notes

Legs a bit sore from the squats yesterday. 4 x 800m. The FIRST program has me doing them at 2:48 but I only hit that on the last one with a little downhill help. That is pushing it for me but I guess that is the point. Decided to race a 25k this Sunday in Houston - should be fun.
