Was able to meet the Ship at the track after all for some 800s. Did 8 x 800 and felt pretty good, even with the warm, muggy conditions (70ish). First interval was the slowest at 2:53 then hung around 2:50 for most of the others and finished up with a 2:48. Feeling pretty darn recovered from the marathon after that workout, especially after a morning run.
