5 x 1200m. Wanted a longer interval knowing how the legs felt after last week's 800s. None of these felt good - was working hard just to maintain a 6:20ish pace. Made sure not to push it though - trying to remain healthy and keep something in the tank for the rest of the week. Hip flexors were a struggle all last week.
