Notes
I have 1,000 excuses as to why this run went bad going all the way back to waking up with an allergy headache and sore throat and ending with it being freakin' hot and windy. Oh well, somehow I got over to the track instead of going home.
Started with a 4 mile warmup and then 6 x 1200m. My goal was 4:25 and the closest I got was 4:27, and one was even 4:39. I just didn't have it. 5 weeks ago I was doing 4:16s.
The good news is my calf gave me no problems at all.
