70 and 90% humidity so ignored pace all together, only goal was to run for 3 hours, pretty good run overall, no cramping, no major aches (lower right leg felt fine), GU'd at 1 and 2 hour, shot blocks at 1:30 and 2:30, carried water bottle and stopped at water fountains
