Notes
The warmup miles felt terrible. Was hoping to keep it slower but just kept falling into a faster pace alongside Joe. By the time we were going back uphill I found myself in 2nd place with someone I didn't recognize up front. Tried to catch him but he was too far ahead and my legs would not go any faster after yesterday's effort. Joe and I were together but after the 2nd time he stopped to tie his shoes I just kept going.
