Neuroma on the left foot hurting more than usual this morning. I think the combination of the Saucony's yesterday and the dress shoes last night (Symphony) really aggravated them. Decided to hit the trails but it still hurt. The hips were also a little tired as usual but it was mostly the left foot that gave me issues all morning.
