Notes
Met the early group (Katie/Joe/Michelle, etc.), then the 10 mile Ship route, and the last 4 alone.
It was cool and light rain in the beginning but by the last 3rd or so it was pouring (especially those lonely miles) and I struggled. I was cold and grumpy and soaked and the legs didn't want to go any faster than low-8s.
Gutted through it but I think it's time for a down week after back-to-back 70+ mile weeks.
