Brrr. Went to bed and it was 65 and humid, woke up to 32 and windy. Decided to run now because it was only going to get colder this week. Needed to test the legs with some recovery effort after the race on Sunday - groin is a little achy but feeling decent overall. I almost made some snarky comment about my running partner choosing a treadmill this morning but decided I am above such rudeness.
