goal was 7 miles at 7:00 pace
muscles still a bit sore from Tuesday's track session, just no energy, took all I had to get down to a 7:00 pace, dead-legged, every little incline felt hard to get up
hopefully just a fluke and tired from all the speed lately (PR 5k Saturday)
it was quite windy but not enough for an excuse, weather was even nice - not as humid as prior
