Another surprising run. Down in Seal Beach visiting friends. The weather was upper 60s and a little humid, warmer than my recent Napa runs but definitely still cooler than what my fellow Texans are experiencing. My running partner who was going to lead me on a beach run had one too many glasses of wine so he bailed on me. I decided just to go out for a few miles and see how I felt. I ended up running to the beach from his house and felt great the entire time. Effort was easy and pace was solid. Ready to tackle the 1300 mile drive back to Texas tomorrow.
