Met Brent and Iram for some hill repeats. Iram is training for Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim and is doing a lot of hill workouts. I was not doing a 5k this week so thought I would join them. Courtyard up near the Pedernales Bridge. Brutal - .5 mile steep. Didn't think I would do all 8 due to my form breaking down towards the end but ended up okay. Left foot started hurting a little on the steepest parts but was manageable overall. Definitely felt like I just did a leg workout.
