Met the Ship for a track workout - plan was 4 x 800m just to keep the fast twitch muscles alive. Watch turned off for the first interval but it felt fast (2:4x?,2:43,2:50,2:48). These were all about 10 secs fast so hopefully that's a good sign of taper legs. I felt run down all afternoon and almost skipped the entire workout. As usual, once I started running, felt much better.
