It's been a long time since I was at a track and I felt it tonight. 10 x 400. Times ranged from 1:14 - 1:20, with the majority around 1:17. Looking back, these were a few seconds faster than a 400 workout in December so I guess I'm in shape but they certainly hurt different than the high mileage hurt I'm used to lately.
