Notes
A little misty, very humid but the temps were reasonable. Met Colin/Frank/Karim/Katie/Ross. Kept it easy the entire run. Legs felt quite achy from the massage yesterday so kind of glad I had no plans to go down to pace. Heart rate was pretty low. Once the massage works it's magic over the next few days I think I'll be primed and ready to go.
