Had no plan, Joe was running prior to meeting Robyn & Michele for the 9:00 pace group. Went up and found those 3 and ran a few, then turned around planning to try to catch Cat & Heath 8:30 group but it stormed badly and never found them. A few miles of pretty intense storm - should have taken shelter but then the heavy stuff ended and it wasn't too bad. Hilly route looking for people. Effort was again right in line and expected but the lower back/hips stiffened up as the run wore on. Was able to focus on high knees and cadence and finish strong though.
