Very nice long run - only got faster as it progressed. Good temp - mid 50s though the humidity was a bit high. Met Aaron at 6 and got 7 in on the Congress/1st street out-n-back before meeting the group and going 10 around the lake. Most of the middle miles were around 7:45 and pushed it the final 2 miles going sub-7. Legs feeling good. Hopefully that's enough to get me through another 30k trail run next week. Calf felt 100%. It was a no gu run - and it felt fine.
