Foggy and a little warmer this morning. Not much sleep this weekend (NASA sleepover) but wanted to start the week out right. Joe T joined me and we went a bit faster than planned but didn't think about it. Both said we would have run slower alone. Legs felt great until about mile 7 or so where the upper hamstring just got tight. Not too bad but still felt it.
