First 3 hour run in months and I felt it, especially in these juicy conditions and hills. I was running before 5am, met a group at 5:15, then another group at 7. It helps so much to have company on these long runs. The last 30 minutes was pretty tough - it didn't help that I had to push the pace a little in order to get back in time for a soccer game. Took one gu prior and one gu at mile 13. 4 weeks until Frankenthon.
