Overserved myself last night so didn't make a plan to run. Woke up a little late and caught Joe at the end of his run. Legs were feeling a little better so just stuck with the higher cadence. Ran into Wish as well and had a chat. The usual hammie stiffness settled in towards the end but just kept them turning over and finished strong. It wasn't quite as warm as the other mornings due to some overnight showers, had a breeze, but still pretty miserable.
