Nice to get a solid 3 hour run under my belt with a marathon in 3.5 weeks. Have conflicts Saturday morning so I decided to get it in this morning. Luckily I had Aaron with me for miles 2-8, then Joe closed out the final 9 with me at a pretty good clip. Strong and fast finish. It was warm (about 77) but the humidity was low enough to make it tolerable. Going to try to get more easy mileage in this weekend, then start the reduction next week. Will likely get one more 20 miler in before I completely taper.
