Extra thick humidity this morning. Head a little fuzzy from the continued congestion. Legs didn't feel half bad so just stuck with an honest effort. Heart rate still a little high but I think that's the new norm in the heat. Hung with Nick, etc. then hammered it home down Rio Grande the best I could. Hamstrings a little stiff at the end but nothing more than usual.
