6 x 1200m at 4:18 was the goal. I did about 5.5 1200s and only hit my pace the first one. My fitness has not returned from being out almost 2 weeks from that injury and my injury is still not 100% (groin strain). I felt it on the last interval so just coasted in. I'm icing it now and hope I didn't do too much damage. I think I need to hold off on the quality workouts longer.
