decided to go ahead and attempt the 3:15 BQ despite temps in the upper 60s and 100% humidity conditions at the start - it had been 3 weeks after my 3:18 and thought I could pull it off.
i paid for it dearly starting at about mile 15.
i did everything i could think of in prevention of cramps, salty food, carried salty drinks, salt tablets, drank at least one full cup of cytomax in EVERY water stop, lots of stretching towards the end - but ended up cramping severely - every muscle - just terrible
