No sleep - late World Series Game 2 extra innings (Astros won!) and needed to be back home for kid wakeup. Legs continue to feel very beat up. Tried to concentrate on keeping the legs turning over and got down to an honest pace but still more stiff than I'd like. Effort was easy until the very end. Still nice and cool.
