Took 3 full days off from running and decided to try out my lower calf/achilles on a flat route. It's definitely strained - as long as I kept a recovery pace on level ground, it was ok - as soon as I tried to climb a hill or put any effort into the pace it let me know it was hurt. I'll continue to ice and try another flat, slow run this weekend and see how it goes. So sick of this wind.
